BAD EGG BREAKFAST BAR
A delicious breakfast hotspot has cracked open at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Bad Egg Breakfast Bar located in the North Concourse serves up an immersive dining experience for travelers looking to grab a bite before flying off to their next destination. A modern design and grand bar, combined with comfortable and iconic branding brings a taste of the local Seattle landscape to the airport.
THE APPROACH
The design approach was collective as our graphic and interior design teams worked seamlessly together to create a curated dining experience. The vintage tattoo parlor theme extends into the architecture, artifacts and graphics throughout. Accents of local music, rock & roll and culture are woven through use of custom mirrored ceiling panels, artwork and a yellow newspaper rack turned host stand. Eclectic furniture and lighting adds to the grunge vibe.

The centerpiece of the design is the large island bar featuring a vintage back bar design full of craft cocktail offerings and storytelling artifacts. The dining space at Bad Egg Breakfast Bar is a harmonious blend of comfort and style. The seating arrangements feature a mix of contemporary chairs strategically placed to accommodate various group sizes, creating a celebrated community ambiance.

DESIGN WITH ATTITUDE
Bad Egg’s logo, boasting a fearless egg icon exuding attitude, is accentuated by a sleek, sans-serif modern font that adds a touch of contemporary flair. This combination perfectly encapsulates the breakfast restaurant's bold and lively spirit, promising unforgettable dining experiences that redefine the morning meal.

Bad Egg To-Go is a thoughtful extension of the restaurant's commitment to providing a seamless and delicious experience. This dedicated space features a streamlined design for fast and convenient service. A custom tattoo inspired ceiling mural with neon accents is a unique surprise. Vintage tile and lighting throughout are a homage to downtown Seattle and its cultural history.
