  • Job Title: Business Developer – Hospitality Interior Design & Architecture

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the hospitality interior design and architecture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or client relations within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant design industry. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, a strong network of industry contacts, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Additionally, the Business Developer will oversee marketing and social media efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This is a hybrid position that allows for both in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to attract new clients and projects in the hospitality sector.

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with hotel groups, developers, restaurant owners, and other key decision-makers.

    • Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships through networking, industry events, and client outreach.

    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in hospitality design and architecture.

    • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on business development activities and revenue growth.

    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

    • Oversee the firm's marketing strategy, including social media, content creation, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand presence.

    • Develop and execute social media initiatives to engage with target audiences and showcase the firm’s portfolio and expertise.

    • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with the firm’s business objectives and brand identity.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

    • Experience in business development, sales, or client management within the hospitality, design, or architecture industry.

    • Strong network and established relationships within the hospitality sector.

    • Proven track record of generating leads and securing high-value projects.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative and fast-paced environment.

    • Passion for design, architecture, and the hospitality industry.

    • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and brand strategy is a plus.

  • Job Title: Architect for Interiors / Architecture Firm (Hospitality Design, Revit Proficient)

    Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid, Flexible Work Schedule)

    Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a proven track record in the realm of hospitality design. If you are a detail-oriented professional driven by a passion for design, we invite you to bring your expertise to our creative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Combine your creativity, passion and technical skills to oversee projects and address technical issues throughout all phases

    • Participate in all phases of design Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives

    • Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion

    • Mentor and provide architectural direction to design teams

    • Develop drawing packages, ensuring accuracy in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.

    • Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and documentation to uphold quality control and standards.

    • Collaborate with the leadership and design teams to create unique and custom architectural detailing for projects.

    • Participate in construction administration and site visits.

    • Develop and maintain Revit/CAD templates and standards.

    • Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in the profession of architectural design, both Architecture and Interiors experience preferred

    • Experience working with national restaurant brands/prototypes is a plus!

    • Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, food service, AV, landscape, and civil consultants

    • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Programs, G Suite, MAC and other design software

    • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in architectural drafting.

    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in drawings.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members.

    • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
