The new concepts, operated by SSP America, are designed to enhance the traveller experience while reflecting the tastes and personality of the Pittsburgh region.
PIT Celebrates Five New Concessions
Stakeholders from Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and operator SSP America recently celebrated the opening of five new eateries: Pittsburgh-based Convive Coffee Roastery; well-known national burger brand Shake Shack; deli Stack and Press; Mexican Mi Casa Cantina; and the all-day Bad Egg Breakfast Bar.

Travelers who have Pittsburgh International Airport as part of their commute now can now dine at five new airside concessions.
At a grand opening on Tuesday, Pittsburgh’s airport became one of more than 50 airports across the United States, Canada and Brazil to house dining options operated by SSP America, a specialized food and beverage operator headquartered in Virginia.

Wander Kitchen & Bar has been brought to life by celebrated Canadian chef and Top Chef Canada: All Stars winner Nicole Gomes. While Gomes grew up in Vancouver, Calgary is where her culinary career took off, with stints at celebrated restaurants, such as the now-closed Catch and Mercato Mission, before opening popular fried chicken spot Cluck N’ Cleaver with her sister.
