The Arizona Cardinals will offer up a home away from home for fans wealthy enough to enjoy the new field-level luxury casitas coming to State Farm Stadium.
In a first-of-its-kind concept for stadium seating, the Cardinals call the new custom-built multi-level casitas the NFL equivalent of beachfront property. Sitting just feet from the south end zone and with space for 20 guests, the two-level casitas include a front yard, a main room and a rooftop deck.
“They are your own home literally in our end zone,” says Jeremy Walls, Cardinals chief operating officer. “Each casita has a great room where you can host your family and friends and customers and your own private front porch right on top of the action and your own private roof deck. There is a variety of places to watch the game from in an experience that hasn’t been seen in an NFL stadium.”
The ticket features valet parking, a private stadium entrance, all-inclusive premium food and beverage and the private space afforded by the custom-built casitas.
The addition of the south end zone casitas isn’t the only new field-level seating experience the Cardinals will bring to the Glendale, Arizona, stadium in time for the 2024 NFL season. The team also plans a Casita Garden Club, field boxes, field suites, sideline and end zone field seats, tunnel suites and a new Morgan Athletic Club.
“To continue to modernize our business on and off the field we want to find ways to make our fan experience one of the best in the NFL,” Walls says. “We wanted to find ways to create great experiences for customers and fans.”
Upgrades in State Farm Stadium started a few years ago with improvements to the suite level, clubs and tailgate experience. The focus for 2024 is on field seating.
Behind the new casitas at the south end zone is the new Casita Garden Club. The 13,400-square-foot club is designed to feel like an outdoor garden patio within a NFL end zone. Spanning the width of the south end zone, the club features views of the path players make on their way from the home locker room to the field. The club has all-inclusive food and beverage offerings and is located nearby some of the most luxurious seats in the stadium.
Located on both the east and west sidelines at the south end, new four- and six-person field boxes—66 total seats are available on each side of the field—are meant to up comfort while bringing fans close to the game. The boxes highlight the Monaco Dream Seat, a leather seat in use for the first time at a stadium anywhere in the world, but also come with an on-field location, private television and membership to the Casita Garden Club.
Seven new field suites at the north end of the stadium offers a similar experience, but with room for 12 guests.
“Your feet are on the field,” Wall says.
At the north end of the stadium the Cardinals will introduce the Morgan Athletic Club, borrowing the name from when the franchise was founded in 1898. At the field level near the north end zone, Walls calls the ambiance a throwback experience, with dimmed lighting and retro furniture. “It’s going to be like a 1920s supper club type experience,” he says. The all-inclusive food and beverage experience also comes with a live band before and after the game.
The 12,500-square-foot club is located near the club seats on the sideline and north end zone, with some seats adjacent to the visiting team tunnel and others the widest seats in the venue.
The Cardinals will introduce two tunnel suites, each able to accommodate 12 guests. located near the back of the end zone and Morgan Athletic Club.
All the new premium seating offerings place a focus on field-level luxury, whether a suite or your very own home inside State Farm Stadium.
