Haley Balzano is a visionary in the hospitality design industry, serving as the CEO and Founder of Hale Collective. Balzano and her award winning agency provide expert services that touch upon every creative aspect of the hospitality world. That includes interior design, architecture, branding, website design, and social media. Balzano has been a true force in the design industry with over 25 years of experience partnering with a long list of brands like Hyatt, SSP America, Marriott and the Arizona Cardinals. 

Balzano holds a BA in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon, with a minor in Architectural History. She is a registered architect in multiple states, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Networking Hospitality (NEWH), and regularly participates in panels, juries, roundtables, and industry events nationwide. Her commitment to community is evident in her involvement with City of Phoenix Development Advisory Board and as a current advisory board member of the Northern Arizona University (NAU) School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Her expertise has been widely recognized in numerous publications and media outlets such as being honored as a "Boutique Design BD 18 Forward Thinker," a feature in Interior Design Magazine, Hospitality Design, and the book "Best of Hospitality Design - Architecture and Interiors." She was also named "Woman of the Year" by The Phoenix Business Journal.
